  • Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS for all deliveries.

 

Local Delivery in Sumter, SC

  • We offer local delivery to addresses within Sumter, South Carolina only.

  • Delivery Time: Local orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Eligibility: Please ensure your delivery address is within the Sumter, SC area.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped or out for local delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Gift items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at winkingwillowtees@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
